The Chilton House

The Chilton House is a newly built home in the newest neighborhood, This charming, two-bedroom-plus loft home easily sleeps 7 guests and has two full bathrooms. This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable $200 pet-fee. The open-concept kitchen/living room makes this space ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen has all the necessities needed to make meal prepping easy. This home has internet access through Star Link to keep you connected. You can Stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Just enter the Password and Username located in the home. There are two bedrooms on the main level with King beds in each with attached bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is in the loft. It has 2 twin beds plus a twin trundle. The stairs to the loft are steep and may need monitoring with small children. Outside, you will be enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck. Downstairs, you can gather around the picnic table while the "Grill master" in the family cooks something tasty on the charcoal grill. You will have access to the community Pickleball court in the complex. The Villas at Bolivar are located directly across the road from the Crystal Beach 9-hole Golf Course and Margaritaville Resort. When the sand and waves call your name, you can access the beach by driving to Alma Road to the East or Honeysuckle Road to the West of the Villas down Hwy. 87. The Chilton House will be a wonderful getaway for you and your family year-round.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
